In Florida, certain agreements must be in writing if they are to be enforced. There are
exceptions however and you shouldn't give up enforcement without investigating whether an unwritten
version of your agreement can be enforced... most commonly, the Courts are willing to recognize
agreements where their appears to be adequate performance by both sides [or the non-enforcing party]
to independently corroborate the existence of such an agreement.
